Scott has solved disputes and litigated cases on behalf of individuals and companies for over 30 years.  At NSM, Scott’s practice focuses on business disputes, creditor’s rights, and commercial litigation. He has litigated cases in trial courts throughout South Carolina and has argued cases before the South Carolina Court of Appeals, South Carolina Supreme Court, and the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. Scott also leads NSM’s personal injury practice through Palmetto Injury Lawyers, our business division focused exclusively on representing injured individuals.
