Mr. Newby enjoyed a diverse transactional and litigation practice that included complex commercial transactions, real estate development, businesses organization and structure, and individual residential real estate matters.

2019 – $8.5 Million Hotel Loan with representation of commercial bank in loan documentation

2018-2019 – Retail Business Negotiations with lease of 8500 square foot retail space and negotiations of 35,000 square foot retail building.

2018 – Oceanfront Hotel Rezoning with representation of developer in 21 story 240 unit oceanfront hotel

2017-2019 – Ongoing Condominium projects with developer of multiple oceanfront condominium units

2014-2018 – Franchised Food Operations with representation of owners and operators of multiple national franchised food locations in lease negotiations.

2014-2015 – Golf Course negotiations representing the purchasers of 22 eighteen-hole golf courses.

2012 – Retail Mall with representation of purchasers and operators in 600,000 square foot, three retail mall buildings on 52 acres of land.
